Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Social Worker to join our Intensive Community Complex Care Program Latrobe Valley Community Mental Health team on a part time, ongoing basis.
Reporting to the Clinical Lead (Nurse Practitioner), the Social Worker Intake Intensive Community Complex Care Program will play an important role in the delivery of mental health services to clients and their families of Latrobe Valley.
The Social Worker works closely with the ICMHP, consumers and families to provide a high level of family intervention, complex family intake/assessments, structured family work/interventions/counselling, education, resources and single session family services to consumers/families accessing this program through outpatient clinics, telehealth clinics and the provision of a high level of specialist advice and consultation.

We are looking for candidates with:
- Degree or Diploma in Social Work and eligibility or other qualification acceptable for membership to AASW
- Minimum 2 years post registration experience in Mental Health field
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
