Salary- Role Overview:
- Position: Specialist Family Violence Practitioner
- Location: Darwin, Northern Territory 🌴
- Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing contract
- Salary: SCHADs 5 pay point ($93,000 - $98,000 + super)
- 🤝 Provide specialised support and intervention to women and children experiencing Family Violence.
- 🌟 Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a safe and supportive refuge environment.
- 📋 Conduct assessments, develop tailored support plans, and deliver trauma-informed care.
- 🤲 Work closely with community partners to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- 🎓 Bachelors in social work, psychology, counselling, or related field.
- 🌱 Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals and families impacted by Family Violence.
- 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 🤝 Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
