What’s the role?
Provide a high-quality service that includes Mental Health assessments, development of appropriate interventions; and provide recommendations for on-going care, family work, counselling, advocacy in collaboration with other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
Ensure continuity of care for clients through participation in stakeholder meetings, networking with other community service providers.
Ensure clients receive culturally appropriate services, the use of interpreters and commitment to cultural education and communication.
Ensure records are maintained through accurate data collection, appropriate recording and file keeping.
Ensure the highest quality services is provided through continuing professional development, participation in clinical and cultural supervision
Is this the right role for you?
Relevant qualifications in Mental Health Social Work that meets membership eligibility requirements of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Substantial post registration experience in providing a high level clinical social work services to clients, families/carers and the ability to provide an effective service as a member of our team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong capability to work independently and as a valued team member
Current Ochre Card and Criminal History Check
