Great opportunity for a facilities services professional to join C&W on a key contract, managing our Soft Services team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Facility Manager the Soft Services Team Leader is accountable and responsible for the management of the contract in all aspects relating to Soft Services.
About the role:
- Leading and managing a team of 5, ensuring all Soft Services KPI's for the contract are met
- Acting as the central liaison point for the client
- Building management/landlord liaison
- Effective management of contractors including inductions and monitoring of practices
- Responding to client enquiries and complaints ensuring timely and quality service delivery
- General office management including monthly/weekly reporting, administering purchase orders and invoice processing
About you:
- Prior experience working in the facilities/Soft Services industry
- People management experience
- Strong customer service/focused mindset, willing to go the extra mile to exceed client expectations
