Data#3 have an excellent career opportunity for a highly skilled Software Asset Management Analyst to join our Professional Services team.

With your deep knowledge of SAM standards and practices, you will help differentiate Data#3 and showcase the value of our solutions to our clients.

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with Software Advisory Services team and clients to provide aligned solutions within the approved "Go to Market" strategy.
• Adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of high-quality work.
• Accurately complete timesheets in a timely manner.
• Actively engage in ongoing education about SAM and other Data#3 solution frameworks.
• Maintain expertise in SAM products, platforms, and technologies, along with relevant certifications.
• Foster strong relationships with Data#3 SAM tool vendors and service partners.
• Contribute to the development of new Software Advisory Service offerings, assessing risks and understanding their implications for customers and Data#3.

About You

• Extensive SAM services experience including data management, operational maintenance, and application of licensing rules.
• Experience in building Effective Licensing Positions and Audit Defence
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Licensing.
• Minimum 5 years of industry expertise with a focus on SAM standards and practices.
• Proficiency in the SAM lifecycle process and software management tool sets.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and communicate outcomes effectively to clients.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with experience in SAM solutions like Snow License Manager or Service Now SAM Pro.
