Responsibilities/Duties:
- Investigating the feature and limitations of the existing system.
- Providing the consultancy regarding the new system and features that could be improved.
- Analyzing the change management cycle and providing the complete support to the new system.
- Testing, analyzing and looking ahead for the debugging problem.
- Developing the technical documentation so that the quality assurance standards could be met.
- Involved in providing the technical support and assistance to the user.
- Looking ahead that how the support business operations could be improved.
- Understanding and implementation of the software development frameworks such as agile, waterfalls etc.
- Providing the technical support and assistance to the user.
- Working with the database objects and developing the database, writing the stored procedures and creating triggers.
- Candidate must have completed Master's in Information Technology from any Australian University.
- Candidate must have minimal 3+ years experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- A commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges methodically.
- Monday to Friday (08:30 a.m to 05:00 p.m) AEST
- 3+ years of relevant work experience required for this role.

- Must have full Australian driving licence.
