We are seeking candidates for the open position of Software Engineer to join our team!
Position Summary:
As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, encompassing design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
? engineering oversight, training, guidance
? leading the development of core payment infrastructure
? implementing system stability best practices and setup
? cloud monitoring, be an alarm escalation main point of contact
? architecting fully automated reliable data processing
Skills & Experience:
? experience with web technologies, languages, and frameworks is crucial, including proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, NodeJS, and VueJS
? in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS systems and services, showcasing proficiency in cloud-based technologies
? proven experience working on high-performance APIs, demonstrating the ability to optimize and deliver efficient API solutions
? extensive knowledge and experience in working with event-driven design or distributed systems
? seasoned in developing within a CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) environment, with a focus on automation and efficiency
? strong understanding of document database concepts, showcasing proficiency in designing and utilizing document-oriented databases
? track record of successfully building FX systems from scratch, illustrating expertise in the financial technology domain
? in-depth knowledge and experience in the Australian financial payment landscape (NPP, DE, NPPIFT, PayTo, etc.), coupled with expertise in implementing and maintaining effective Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance measures
? master's degree in computer science or a relevant field is a mandatory educational qualification
