The Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will help solve challenging problems in a developer-first work environment. You will take ownership of features end-to-end and deliver them across the full stack. We use TypeScript with MERN + AWS.
What You'll Do:
- Write easily maintainable code (React, Node.js, TypeScript) that transforms complex business requirements into elegant, performant solutions.
- Work on both the backend and frontend (70/30 split).
- Collaborate closely with the product team to help shape new features.
- Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor-level qualification in Software Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Understanding functional programming concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS and MongoDB is a plus.
