With some major investment on board, they are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to spearhead the creation of a cutting-edge application within the risk management industry, leveraging the power of AI.
We're looking for a very hands-on and experienced Engineering Lead or Manager who is hungry to come on board to build a product and then help them launch to the market. This is an unbelievable opportunity to come in at the very early stages of a build with the potential to grow out a team and work with some very talented people within the industry.
What we're looking for:

- Deep Full Stack skills in Typescript/Javascript with React, Node and AWS, built over several years
- Strong skills in solution design, architecture and mentoring/managing teams.
- A strong understanding of AWS
- Experience building Data-driven or AI products with tools such as Python (this can be independently or at work, as long as you have some exposure and understanding)
- Energetic, action-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
