Selection Criteria:
Essential:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or over 5 years of equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
- Strong expertise in Full Stack Development and cloud architecture, particularly AWS.
- A deep understanding of software processes and quality assurance practices.
