Selection Criteria:

Essential:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or over 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Strong expertise in Full Stack Development and cloud architecture, particularly AWS.
• A deep understanding of software processes and quality assurance practices.
