Responsibilities: As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for:
- Installing a variety of Residential & Commercial Solar Projects in Victoria ranging from 6.6kW to 800kW.
- Performing residential and commercial solar battery installations.
- Assisting the general electrical team with the installation and servicing of EV Charging stations & Power Factor Correction.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in solar installation work.
- Electrical A-Grade & CEC Approved Installer accreditation is a must.
- Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
- White card and working at heights certification.
- Well-organized and able to adapt on the run.
- IT skills will be considered a bonus.
- Excellent communication and people skills (essential).
- Ability to work in a small, fast-moving team and liaise with our trusted contractors.
- Willingness for interstate travel if/when required.
