An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electrician and Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited Solar Installer who is looking to take their career to the next level.

The Role
Reporting to the director, you will play a lead role in:
- solar, battery and electric vehicle charger installations
- solar servicing and maintenance jobs
- general electrical jobs
- managing onsite teams
- coaching and mentoring apprentices
- job-related administration.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following key selection criteria:
- A-grade Electrical Licence
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate
- Work Safely at Heights Ticket
- Working Safely in the Solar Industry Certificate
- solar installation experience, including SAA accreditation*
- battery installation experience, including SAA accreditation*
- general electrical experience
- leadership and coaching/mentoring experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- intermediate computer literacy
- Victorian driver licence
- Australia citizenship / Australian permanent residency.
*Candidates who are not SAA accredited must be interested in attaining these qualifications (conditions will apply).
This is a full-time position based out of Seaford and may include extended and/or after-hours work at short notice.
We provide a work vehicle or a vehicle allowance if you prefer your own vehicle.

You have a positive, self-motivated and friendly demeanour, with a track record of successfully leading and coaching small teams. You welcome challenges and adapt well to change. Your strong teamwork ethic, high standards, keen eye for detail and demonstrated initiative will be key factors to your success in this role.
