Infinity Legal is a small Family Law firm specialising in Family Law. Our areas of practice include parenting, adoption, divorce, family violence orders & personal protection orders, property settlement and financial matters. We have been passionately providing reliable and honest legal services to our local community since 2013.
Our small team work closely with our Director, who is an accredited specialist in Family Law and is an Independent Children's Lawyer.
About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join our small team. We are seeking a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience.
The successful candidate will be available to work in our Franklin office. We are seeking a Solicitor either on a full-time or part-time basis.
We are a small yet busy firm, so you will be required to work directly with clients but also provide support to our Director and other staff members when required.
About you
- Current ACT practising certificate.
- Experience in drafting standard Family Law court documents.
- Ability to draft correspondence and keep clients updated on the progress of their file.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to deliver high quality and accurate work while managing deadlines and competing priorities.
- Experience in using LEAP is preferable but not a requirement; we can provide on the job training if needed.
- A committed team player who is also capable of working autonomously.
- Proven ability to meet KPI's.
- Impressive attention to detail.
- General administrative abilities such us printing, copying, filing court documents and taking phone calls.
