Hybrid working ArrangementWe seek an experienced and dynamic Solution Designer to join a higher education's IAM project.Following the deployment of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform in 2023, the project is now focusing on further integrations and enhancements in 2024.The successful candidate will:Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with IAM Architect to design and deliver IAM capabilities, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning processes
- Align solutions with Platform and Application teams.
- Conduct assessments and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new IAM capabilities.
- Translate architectural designs into detailed solution designs.
- Integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Configure and implement IAM tools, including IGA.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement IAM solutions.
- Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and align with best practices.
- Ensure solutions align with Enterprise Architecture’s target state.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and security policies.
- Conduct security assessments and address vulnerabilities.
- Build non-production environments for testing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM issues.
- Support testing phases and ensure successful production deployment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Build a knowledge base and handover to operational teams.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Identity Access Management and IAM tool implementation.
- Proven experience working with Enterprise Architects.
- Strong understanding of IAM domains: IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM.
- Ability to translate architectural designs into detailed solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IAM.
- Experience with modern IGA platforms (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint).
- Relevant certifications in IAM or related technologies.
- Experience in the higher education sector is highly desirable
- Familiarity with integration needs and environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and trends.
