• A solid development background that ideally includes mastery of the Microsoft development stack (think .NET Framework, SQL, and Razor).
• A knack for thinking outside the box, turning complex business requirements into real-world solutions.
• Battle-tested experience collaborating with enterprise clients and addressing their needs.
• SQL skills sharp enough to craft queries that could cut glass.
• A strong technical foundation and a nose for what's hot in the market.
• Experience playing both sides of the field—bridging the gap between internal and external stakeholders and even kicking it with our in-house development squads.
• Killer communication skills—your wordsmithing is top-notch, whether you're typing or talking.
• A taste of the limelight with some experience in final product client demos.
