About the Role 

As a consultant, you will be part of a team responsible for leading the design, build, and deployment of planning solutions for clients, including integration points across the end-to-end supply chain.

This role can be based anywhere in Australia with a preference for Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

  • Document business requirements and translate them into solution-specific scenarios and functional requirements.
  • Gather and analyse data to understand client needs and requirements and supports in data integration testing, error identification and resolution.
  • Perform data mapping, data specifications and support on data extraction, transformation and loading with required data formats. 
  • Conduct system configuration activities and develop solution resources (workbooks, worksheets, filters, dashboards, scorecards), to meet use case requirements.
  • Perform initial testing to test specifications and user training.
  • Utilize strong communication and storytelling skills to help clients navigate through the change process and drive adoption and success.

What you will need to succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent analytical and planning skills combined with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information technology, Engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain planning processes in an S&OP, iSCP, or MRP environment.
  • Experience with multiple systems preferred (e.g., SAP, Relex Solutions, Kinaxis, GAINS, etc).
  • Proficiency in leading 'Fit-To-Standard' design workshops.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills, including data analysis and interrogation.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Previous background in manufacturing, retail, or FMCG industry preferred.

Some interstate travelling might be required.
