About the Opportunity
Our Solution Advisors work closely with the sales team and other team members to demonstrate our Dayforce solution that solve our prospects most complex Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM), and Payroll business problems. Solution Advisors will possess strong value-based selling skills and be able confidently present to and build confidence with C-Level executives engaged in the sales cycle.
What you'll get to do
- Participate in and assist in leading a thorough solution discovery that will allow the team to quantify the impact of change and clearly align requirements, opportunities, and objectives from the prospective customer with the Dayforce solution.
- Create and execute the solution strategy and Dayforce solution presentations and software demonstrations that will result in building preference, alignment, and value with the customer.
- Provide solution support, as part of follow up from presentations, RFPs, or other inquiries.
- Assist the sales team in providing data to ensure accurate scoping for the Statement of Work
- Prepare information and participate in the internal sales to implementation transition with System Integration Partners and internal project teams. Provide all documentation such as clients goals/desired outcomes, value presentations, solutioning presentations, discovery etc. If asked, attend client project kick-off to ensure consistent messaging and value.
- Participate in other activities upon request that could include webinars, trade shows and other client facing activity.
- Ensure effective communication and timely reporting of sales activity.
- Maintain expert level product proficiency as new releases become available.
Skills and experience we value
- Experience working with HCM, WFM or Payroll software in Australia and/or New Zealand.
- Previous experience in presales or solution consulting is preferred; experience in client-facing roles is mandatory.
- Excellent communication (oral & written), problem solving and organisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, builds trust and rapport.
- Business acumen, high energy and integrity, sense of urgency, work ethic and drive for results are required.
