Customer Service Advisor - Industrial Pumps

We are seeking an pump industry focused Customer Service Advisor for our client in Campbellfield. 

Our Client is a reputable Industrial pump specialist, providing new pumps and maintenance services across Melbourne.  

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients and suppliers, resolving inquiries promptly
• Generate quotes, service reports, purchase orders, and invoices for service and site service jobs
• Collaborate with service technicians to clarify job requirements and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain expediting and delivery schedules, aligning with project timelines.
• Schedule site service work and maintain the service planned register
• Assist with various reporting tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Foster positive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust
• Support service efficiency and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role- preferably within the pump industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Excellent organization skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude
