A Day in a Life
- Collaborating with the team to both help run and understand the key business solutions and reporting you will be transforming.
- Working alongside our operational teams and a wide range of stakeholders to understand wider business requirements including existing processes and reporting.
- Looking for solution design options for the transfer for business processes and reporting into Snowflake.
- Run ad hoc analysis and data extraction using SQL to answer stakeholder queries, evaluate solutions and reconcile data.
- Update documentation and project details within Jira and Confluence.
What you’ll will need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Data/Quantitative Analyst in a related environment with leadership experience preferable;
- Previous experience with Snowflake or similar;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Experience with system integrations, automation solutions, and risk assessment;
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design;
- SQL skills with the ability to extract, transform, and manage data.
You will have the freedom to
- Work in a collaborative and supportive environment;
- Facilitate workshops for our wide range of stakeholders;
- Play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new Snowflake instance;
- Create workflows, documentation and tracking in Atlassian based on best practise and previous experience;
- Access to our data warehouse where you can investigate data as required;
- Run the processes you will be transforming and documenting;
- Be inquisitive, proactively engage stakeholders, and propose solutions and ideas during all phases of our transformation journey.
