About the Role
Work for an award winning winery based in Mornington Peninsula just 10 minutes from the beach. Be a part of a small and passionate team. You will be an experienced Sommelier who is passionate about fine dining and have the ability to provide guests with a range of wine selections and wine pairings to complement tasting menus, providing an unforgettable experience. You will assist with the administrative aspects of running the restaurant wine program which currently has 800+ different wines. You will be efficient in POS systems, able to assist with stock control, cellar management and share your wine knowledge with the restaurant team.
What you bring to the role
- Previous Sommelier experience
- Fine dining experience
- WSET 3 or equivalent minimum
- Exceptional Service Skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to Multi- task
- RSA
