Position CriteriaEssential:
- Qualifications: Accredited Medical Sonographer with current ASAR.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Senior Sonographer role with demonstrated expert competency across a diverse range of skills sets including musculoskeletal, pediatric, breast, abdominal, vascular, superficial organs, obstetrics, and gynaecology ultrasound.
- Leadership Skills: A track record of providing clinical leadership, implementing changes based on best practice, and fostering a positive working environment.
- Policy: Demonstrates an understanding and involvement of OH&S practices, policies and procedures.
Desirable Criteria:
- Education: Relevant qualifications in education or training.
- Auditing and Reporting: Experience in monitoring, auditing, and reporting on ultrasound services and training programs.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with training institutions, manage study and exam leave, and contribute to the professional development of ultrasound staff.
