About the role
Full-time locum hours (Part-time available)
Monday to Friday
Sydney western suburbs
$168,000 - $178,000 plus super
Mainly vascular caseload
Key responsibilities include:
- Determine appropriate imaging equipment to use and correct settings.
- Explain process to patients and position them correctly.
- Perform medical imaging of patients.
- Provide findings of images to doctors
- Work within a multi-disciplinary clinical team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Bachelors, Graduate Diploma or Master's in Medical Sonography
- Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR) Accreditation
- Demonstrated experience as a Sonographer in Vascular
- 2 years hospital experience
- Australian working rights (essential)
- National Police Clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
