- Management of the end-to-end sourcing process
- Identify sourcing opportunities through spend analysis
- Design, develop and manage tenders
- Supplier Identification, qualification and assessment
- Draft business cases for management approval
- Working with integrity and ensuring a fully compliant environment
- Strong commercial acumen and previous experience in a similar role
- Proven data driven decision making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in tender management and contract negotiation
- High level of proficiency in SAP and Excel, whilst knowledge and experience with Ariba is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal communication and organisational skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and personal development
- Knowledge and experience in the mining sector managing complex business processes and/or a background working with the Big 4 contract negotiation and tenders is highly regarded
