The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
We are looking for a seasoned Sourcing and Procurement Business Partner to manage Corporate and Professional Services category and drive efficiencies to achieve value for money for the organisation.
In these roles you will actively:
- Develop, execute and manage end to end category strategies
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers
- Perform market analysis, strategic sourcing, negotiation and execution of contracts with new and existing suppliers
- Provide sound commercial advice to internal stakeholders in line with category strategies, procurement policies and processes
- Manage commercial, contractual, operational and ethical risks arising from contracts and supplier engagements and oversee governance of supplier performance
- Develop a culture of innovation and continuous improvement with internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
What we expect from you:
- Experience in and knowledge of the respective category, Professional Services
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline (Procurement, MCIPS) is desirable
- Strong background in strategic sourcing, category management and contract management Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability in effectively manage multiple concurrent sourcing projects
- Experience in developing and successfully implementing robust category plans and sourcing strategies, and delivering, ongoing financial and non-financial benefits for the business
