Qualifications & experience

• 5+ years of experience as a qualified chef
• 1+ years of experience in overseeing a kitchen
• Current Drivers Licence & own transport
• Right to work in Australia
• Current Food Handlers Certificate
• Be able to supply copies of relevant trade papers

Tasks & responsibilities

• Able to work in a busy gastro style bistro
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to multitask
• Punctual team player
• Available to work days/nights & weekends
