“La Calabrese” Italian restaurant & Pizzeria is looking for multiple positions.

We are looking for: Bartender, Floor manager, Chef de Partie and Waiter of section.
1. Bartender
We require a new bartender at La Calabrese. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of one year experience and a very good understanding of classic cocktails and a basic knowledge of coffee. A basic understanding of italian is preferred but not essential.
The role includes, but not limited to:
- completing drink orders in a timely manner.
- the up-keep and cleanliness of the bar
- assisting the bar manager with any duties
- preparing coffee and ice cream for dessert tickets
2. Experienced Sous Chef:
Must have 3 years in a similar scaled restaurant, preferably Italian cuisine.
Job Description:
- Working alongside the head chef to deliver quality food and service
- Assist in the menu planning with the head chef
- Develop new ideas and constantly innovate the menu with the head chef
- Able to run the team during busy period
- Able to work amongst others, as well as work independently
- Effective communication
- Able to order stock while head chef is absent
