They have hundreds of active customers across a number of industries including: mining, oil & gas, food and beverage manufacturing, metal processing, utilities / power generation, universities, government, pulp and paper, water / waste water and more.
A supportive family-run business, they have a stable culture with many long-standing employees amongst their team of 20+ External Sales Engineers, Technical Specialists, Project Engineers and Internal Sales Engineers.
About the Role
Part of their in-field, Sales Engineering team, you'll primarily focus on managing relationships with existing customers, ensuring solutions meet client requirements, following up on leads and quotations and seeking opportunities to expand business within your Southern NSW territory.
You'll be on-road 4 days per week, visiting approx. 8-10 clients. One day p/week will be spent with the team in their Lane Cove offices. Key industry sectors serviced include: food and beverage manufacturing, metals processing, mining, pharmaceutical manufacturing, universities and more. 80% of the client base is in the Illawarra and Southern Sydney-metro areas.

About You
Shortlisted candidates will bring:
- A trade or tertiary background in related instrumentation, analytical and calibration systems - e.g. previous experience as a Calibration Technician, Field Service Technician, Process Technician, Instrumentation Engineer, etc.
- External or Internal Sales Engineering experience is ideal, though not required.
- Intangibly, you are personable, professional, accountable, easy to work with / a team player, communicate clearly and enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders to solve technical challenges.
