Position summary
We have a new opportunity for a Lead Process Engineer (Water Treatment). This is a critical role within the company, responsible for the development of innovative design solutions for water & wastewater treatment, water recycling and clean energy projects.

This is a rare opportunity to work on wide variety of industrial and municipal water treatment projects, whilst getting exposure to large-scale operational water facilities and newly acquired assets.
The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concept and detailed designs for industrial and municipal water / wastewater treatment plant projects
- Oversee the optimization of the process engineering function, ensuring adherence to industry standards, best practice and engineering design standards.
- Mentor engineering team from a process design perspective, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for engineering processes, particularly with respect to process engineering to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide appropriate technical and commercial advice to Clients to assist them in the investigation, approval, procurement, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure
About you
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering is preferred
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in water, wastewater or recycled water infrastructure
- Proven success in leading the design of complex water, wastewater or recycled water projects
