Who We Are Seeking
We are seeking a highly confident, polished, customer service focussed Spa Coordinator. Your duties will include running our front reception area, greeting and checking out guests, answering the phones and coordinating bookings, general administration and stock ordering. Additionally, you will be assisting Gillian in managing her team of 12 Therapists and daily operations.
You will need 5+ years previous experience in a similar role. We are seeking someone who has a nurturing, kind and welcoming personality, who is extremely reliable and organised, so our guests always receive a 5-star experience. You will need to be confident in your abilities to help motivate and manage a team, as well as managing any complaints or issues. Ideally you will have experience working in the hair and beauty industry, as well as experience using shortcuts.
About The Role
Hours: Full time, 8.45am – 6pm, Tuesday – Saturday. Occasional Thursday evenings until 8pm may be required. Time in lieu will be given during the week.
Remuneration: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum + Super.
Location: 1356 Pacific Highway, Turramurra NSW (free onsite parking).
