Our Spa – Burnside
Conveniently located in Burnside Village shopping centre, find our beautiful endota spa Burnside, conveniently located less than 7km from Adelaide's CBD in Glenside. Our spa is surrounded by over 100 premium lifestyle and boutique fashion stores as well as a vast selection of restaurants and cafes, with free onsite parking available.
Boasting 4 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.
Your Role
endota employees are passionate about providing a high level of customer service to our clients throughout their wellness journey.
In the role of a Spa Receptionist/Spa Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service to customers in-spa, over the phone and via email. Using your strong IT skills, you will manage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers & product sales, answer email enquiries and be responsible for data entry/ inventory requirements. The role will also include general cleaning responsibilities such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking/ arranging product and any other housekeeping tasks that will support the everyday function of the spa.
Your Skills & Experience
As an endota receptionist, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise – not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.
- You have previous reception/ customer service experience (experience in spa or beauty industry preferred)
- You possess strong IT skills across Microsoft Word / Excel and Outlook (previous shortcuts experience advantageous)
- You have excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently, multitask and manage your own workload to agreed timelines
- You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards
- You have availability to work late nights and weekends
