Canberra Institute of Technology Trade Skills.
An exciting opportunity is available to support the Trade Skills College in Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism and Plumbing, asap for 6 months from commencement date.
The successful applicants will be responsible for high level administrative support to the Head of Department. Provide high quality customer service to students, employers, and external stakeholders, use a variety of communication systems, work collegially with a range of areas across Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT).
They will support the Head of Department with functions such as recruitment, staff induction, procurement, finances, risk management, event management, student enrolments, timetabling, promotional strategies and quality assurance on educational resources and assessment tools.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of six months. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.
