Responsibilities:
- Perform routine spa maintenance, including cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing.
- Troubleshoot and repair spa equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client enquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment repairs, and inventory using ServiceM8.
Requirements:
- Qualifications for Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect an advantage.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch results.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
