Job Description
Understanding and managing export freight processes and requirements.
Handling high-volume enquiries efficiently.
Demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills.
Multitasking, prioritising, and solving problems effectively.
Experience with MRP software and Customer Service tools preferred.
The Successful Applicant
Background in Customer Service within a parts interpretation role.
Knowledge of Export Freight processes and requirements.
Strong service orientation and customer-focused mindset.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
