Part-Time Guest Experience Representative - Bayside

We are Vicinity Centres. You may not recognise the brand but we’re sure you’ll know some of our destinations, from the iconic Queen Victoria Building in Sydney to Chadstone – The Fashion Capital, our seven DFOs, and much loved centres that are the hub of each of their communities. All in all, we operate over 60 centres across Australia

The key purpose of the Guest Experience Representative is to provide in centre communication, coordination and information services for our customers to ensure their experience is better, easier and more enjoyable. You will have a flexible approach with a can-do attitude and fun personality!

There are two part-time roles we are hiring for. Please see below.

Part-time 1:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - 11:45am - 3:15pm

Wednesday - Friday - 12:15pm - 3:15pm

Total hours: 16.5 hours per week

Part-time 2:

Thursday - 5:15pm - 9:00pm

Saturday - 12:45pm - 5:00pm

Sunday - 1:15pm - 5:00pm

Total hours: 11.75 hours per week

You will have demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing role. You will have a professional and customer focused approach, be confident in handling a variety of guest enquiries including cash transactions and customer feedback.  You are known for your ability to effectively multitask and prioritise activities and have a sound background working independently with minimal supervision. You’ll be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and a genuine desire to bring the Vicinity brand to life.
