Prestige Appliance Repair Centre is a South Australian family owned business with over 30 years’ experience in the Appliance industry. Prestige Appliances is South Australia's authorized and recommended service agent for most of the major European appliance brands. An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Spare PartsInterpreter and Salesperson to join the Prestige Appliance team in a full time or part time role.
We are currently looking for a Spare PartsInterpreter and Salesperson to join our expanding team. This role will involve working in a team environment and includes but is not limited to customer service, interpreting spare part diagrams, complying quotes for customers, procurement of parts from a large range of suppliers and assisting our sales department in our Coffee & Appliance Showroom.
Job responsibilities will include;
- Working in a team environment
- Ensuring a positive experience for our loyal customers
- Inbound and outbound calls
- interpreting spare part diagrams
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Interfacing with our service technicians & service department
Requirements of the role will include;
- Great attitude with a friendly and professional manner
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Confident and pleasant manner
- Intermediate Computer Skills
