My client is seeking a Spare Parts/Internal Sales Coordinator to join our National Customer Service Team in Bundamba. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key customers, promoting our range of Spare Parts, providing technical advice to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Interpretation Excellence: Utilize your expertise to accurately interpret Spare Parts requirements based on customer inquiries, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in identifying the right Spare Parts for their needs, offering technical advice, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory movements, and assist in identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of Spare Parts transactions, generate reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge, particularly in industrial and mining equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
