It has operations in Somerton, Dandenong, Ballarat, Terang and Brisbane. We are a leading supplier of new and used construction, earthmoving, and agriculture equipment being the authorised dealers for New Holland Construction & Agriculture, Kobelco Excavators, ASV Positrack Loaders and Merlo Telehandlers.
We have a fantastic opportunity at our Terang branch as we seek to recruit a Parts Interpreter.
This position gives you a great way to set yourself up for a career in Parts Interpreting and Warehousing. Being a smaller branch you can gain exposure to all facets of the parts department and be involved in the growth of this branch.
Reporting to the Victorian Fixed Operations Manager this key role requires you to work as part of a 'well oiled' team. You will need to be able to demonstrate advanced customer service and communication skills as you will be responsible for customer liaison and interpretation of customers parts requirements.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to work as part of a team and work well under pressure
- A high level of self-motivation and time management
- Good computer skills
- Common sense and a willingness to use initiative
- Have a current driver's licence, forklift licence would be highly regarded (but not essential)
- Own transport
