Location: Brisbane CBD
Salary: Salary package is fully based off years of Employment Law PAE, Billables and what you can bring to the firm. Salary is open to negotiation, but between $200,000 to $250,000 for the right candidate.

Position Overview: As a Special Counsel specialising in Employment Law, you will be pivotal in providing high-level legal advice and representation. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex employment matters, ensuring fair and legally compliant workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advocacy: Represent clients in complex Employment Law matters, including workplace disputes, unfair dismissal claims, and industrial relations issues.
- Expert Legal Advice: Offer detailed and tailored legal counsel to meet the unique needs of each client, from small businesses to large corporations.
- Mediation and Negotiation: Lead mediation sessions and negotiate settlements to resolve workplace disputes amicably.
- Court Representation: Advocate effectively in court and tribunals, safeguarding clients' interests.
- Documentation: Prepare and review comprehensive legal documents, including employment contracts, policies, and compliance reports.
- Client Support: Provide strategic guidance on Employment Law compliance, risk management, and best practices.
