Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Specialist Cleaners with expertise in at least one of the following areas: forensic cleaning, restoration, extraction, or repair cleaning. As a Specialist Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in both commercial and residential settings, utilizing your specialized knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct forensic cleaning, restoration, extraction, or repair cleaning tasks according to industry standards and client specifications.
- Assess and evaluate cleaning requirements, determining the most appropriate methods and techniques for each job.
- Utilize specialized equipment and materials effectively to achieve optimal cleaning outcomes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on job progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in at least one of the following specialties: forensic cleaning, restoration, extraction, or repair cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials relevant to the chosen specialty.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training as required.
