About the role
An opportunity exists in Specialist Clinics at Maroondah Hospital front of house for a passionate and enthusiastic Computer Clerk. The front of house booking Team in Specialist clinics at Maroondah Hospital is a busy department meeting the needs of patients from the community by providing a range of specialist services. These include new patients referred from the community, review appointments for ongoing care and post admission follow up from Eastern Health’s network of hospitals.
Responsibilities include:
Arriving patients and re booking
Clinic bookings and registration of patients
Re booking new patients from cancellations and failed to attend patients
Waitlist management
Email, SMS management
Data Entry
Telephone duties
Administration duties
About you
