Specialist Family Violence Practitioner

Are you passionate about your community?About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated Specialist Family Violence Practitioner! You will provide outreach case management support to women and women with children who have experienced or are currently experiencing Family Violence. This role encompasses the delivery of assessment and crisis response.Responsibilities includeCase management support provided to clientsIndividual case plans are developed in collaboration with clients and include a range of interventionsCase plans are implemented and actively led by the participantClients are assisted to access holistic support services and establish community connectionsProgress and outcomes of individual case plans are regularly monitored and reviewedThis is a casual position, based in Sunshine, VIC.
