About The Sexual Assault & Family Violence Centre
We are a leading organisation offering a comprehensive suite of services to clients and the community across the Barwon, West Melbourne, Warrnambool and Wimmera Regions. Providing specialist sexual assault and Family Violence programs and services, including 24 hour crisis care support, crisis accommodation, case management, therapeutic counselling, early intervention and professional education and training, we continue to grow and develop our offerings.
About The Role
This position is primarily responsible for providing leadership, supervision and support on daily operations to a team of Specialist Family Violence case managers. The role supports the delivery of consistent and high quality services to clients; and is responsible for upholding and evolving a positive team culture with outstanding professional qualities. This position is full time or part time minimum 9 days per fortnight.
About You
With degree qualifications in social work, welfare or psychology, you have demonstrated experience leading a team and providing coaching and support with assessment and risk management, crisis intervention, case management and you will be able to demonstrate experience in delivery of therapeutic interventions.
