Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you
You will work with a passionate and professional learning team responsible for providing services and advice regarding the customised design and development of learning solutions to build the capability of Lifeblood employees. The role will partner with our Transplantation and Immunogenetics Services business unit to gain an understanding of their learning requirements and provide best practice advice to maintain, expand and improve their learning pathways. The role also provides learning consultation and advice to support a range of stakeholders, organisational projects and initiatives.
Sound interesting? Here's what we're looking for;
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including stakeholder consultation, needs analysis and learning administration
- Ability to understand and communicate highly technical content
- Project management experience with the ability to plan and manage time to ensure that key outcomes are delivered as agreed
- Experience in a scientific field and/or working with scientists as a client group will be highly regarded
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Be highly motivated and comfortable with working autonomously
- Display an analytical problem solving approach with a proven capacity to work collaboratively
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent/higher qualification (desirable)
This is a permanent part time opportunity, working 8 days a fortnight with a hybrid work model of working from home and from our Melbourne Processing Centre, located in West Melbourne.
