Our Opportunities

As the E-learning Content Developer be a key member of the L&D team, contributing and developing towards our learning content strategy that will provide measurable value to our internal and external and key stakeholders. As the E-learning Content Developer, you will  

  • Contribute towards our L&D framework and design tailored training packages using existing and new training material whilst collaborating with SMEs across the business  
  • Comfortable working within large data sets: qualitative and quantitative, to analyse learning needs, implement effective delivery and measure outcomes
  • Building relationships across the business to better understand their business problems and develop solutions that can be measured and analysed for impact and success 

Who you'll be working with 

You will work within an established team of made up of L&D Producers, Advisors a Coordinator and SME’s.  The L&D team will be tasked with transforming how we partner with the business to deliver highly relevant and engaging content across all channels to attract and contribute to our member’s success 

A Bit About You 

To truly thrive in this role, you will have:

  • 12 months experience in a similar role 
  • Experience operating in Project management environment/ principles
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
