Job description

Make a difference as a Policy Drafting Specialist.

As part of the largest insurance group in New Zealand and Australia, we’re here for you. Are you ready?

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

In this role, your main goal is to be the go-to person for top-notch drafting expertise across our range of products. This includes making sure our policy wordings not only comply with the law but also stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing insurance landscape.

You’ll support the product management teams with specialist expertise in Policy Drafting. You'll be teaming up with Portfolio and Legal to really dig into the nitty-gritty of product intent— your keen eye will question anything that might need a closer examination, ensuring that the policy wording truly reflects the essence of the product.

Stay on top of the ever-changing legal landscape by keeping an eye on regulatory and legislative updates. Be the driving force behind our product team's response, offering insightful guidance. Make sure our products not only comply with our legal obligations but also lead the way and keep our customers top of mind.

This is a permanent full-time role based in New Zealand and offers hybrid working conditions.
