Required Experience/Attributes:
- Experience working in Schools
- 1+ years experience in System Administration or Level 2/3 support
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Industry Certifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work autonomously if required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Windows Server.
- Virtualization technologies.
- Active Directory management.
- Mac server and desktop support.
- Network infrastructure experience.
- Access or other Database experience.
Responsibilities:
- Working with existing staff to implement and support ICT projects.
- Planning and purchasing for future requirements.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining existing infrastructure.
- Technical Support for staff and students.
