The opportunity:Join us in the important role of Specialist - Wellbeing and Injury Mangement, where you will play a hands-on and integral part in implementing and administering Kinetic's health, Wellbeing and Injury Management strategy for our people. You will collaborate on improvement of Wellbeing and workers compensation claims, recovery at work, Injury Management and early intervention strategies in support of Kinetic's overall business plan and strategic direction. Key to the role is building sustainable working relationships with all levels of the organisation and external providers.You’ll be involved in:Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, policies, industry standards, and company policies across designated regions.Facilitate and oversee the entire Injury Management process, including the development and implementation of recovery at work programs for injured employees.Engage with workers to encourage active participation in recovery at work, providing information on workers' compensation and the organization's approach to supporting recovery.Collaborate with operational leaders to support workers' compensation compliance, implement best practices in Injury Management, and align with operational needsSupport the development and implementation…
