About the role

We are looking for a Specification Consultant who will play a crucial role in fostering and managing relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and design teams in major builders and developers, influencing targeted developments and construction projects across Sydney, NSW

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and design teams
• Identify and influence state-priority projects throughout the design and documentation stages
• Leverage Dulux Group's products for solutions in targeted developments
• Work with state-based influencing bodies such as AIA and DIA
• Offer technical assistance, create project specifications, and engage with sales and business development teams. Utilize in-house CRM for project tracking

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge and experience within the construction and architectural industry.
• Demonstrate success in high-level business development and sales.
• Proven experience in managing and developing professional relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen
