Pacific Health and Wellbeing are an allied health practice of dedicated occupational therapists, Speech Pathologists and physiotherapists

We are a registered NDIS provider in Darwin, Brisbane, Toowoomba and on the Gold Coast, offering our clients a mobile community service, telehealth and some in-clinic appointments.

Looking to grow and expand our team, we're on the hunt for Speech Pathologiststo join our Darwin Team.  We are a small company, with a focus on best supporting our client outcomes and employee wellbeing.  If you are looking for an organisation that priorities support, Professional Development and team-culture then this is the role for you!

About the position
  • Provide high-quality, ethical Speech Pathology services across the lifespan.
  • Assess and collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to identify and implement therapy programs in a meaningful and creative way.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to support client outcomes. 
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to support professional growth and best practice service delivery.
  • Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals.

You will work in and around Darwin, and also have the opportunity for remote work .

About you
  • Proven goal-oriented and person-centered approach and mindset
  • You're looking for a supportive environment to grow into leadership positions or clinical excellence in an interest of your choice.
  • You have a fun & friendly nature are keen to be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about what they do.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
  • Positive outlook and self-motivation to engage with our clients and external stakeholders. 
  • Working knowledge of the NDIS (preferred)
  • Mixed caseload experience (preferred, but not essential)
You will need
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, or an ability to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check (Ochre Card), or an ability to obtain.
  • Current drivers’ licence
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
  • Registration with SPA
