About the Role
- Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
- Using clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centered goals specific to the client’s circumstances.
- Accessing clinical mentors and leaders to support your growth and knowledge ($5000 PD budget P/A) .
- Provide best practice evidence-based support services that increase participants life skills and independence.
- Conduct assessment and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology.

Essential Requirements
- Masters or Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practicing registration
- Masters or Bachelor
- A current Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check/ Blue Card
- National Police Check
- NDIS check
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- The ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, time management, and client management skills
